Specialized in maintenance, troubleshooting, and work on sanitary and thermal equipment, MUST, a subsidiary of the Idex group, operates in private housing by combining expertise and proximity. With more than 600 employees spread across 15 agencies, we mainly operate in the Hauts de France, Île de France, and Grand-Est regions.

In the context of our development and following the acquisition of a new contract, we are looking for a heating troubleshooter (F/H) whose main mission will be to join the team to carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our clients' heating installations.

Attached to our Cormontreuil (51350) agency, you will work independently in a defined sector.

By joining the Team Idex, your main missions and responsibilities will be the following:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of gas boilers and water production devices, in compliance with the internal regulations in force on the site,
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions,
• Write intervention reports and propose technical improvements,
• Apply the company's SQE procedures and ensure the safety of people and property,
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and regulations,

To maximize your chances of success at Idex, you must have:

• Experience in troubleshooting gas generators (boilers, hot water heaters) is required,
• Hold a CAP/BEP diploma in heating or equivalent training in the field,
• Have a driver's license B,
• Be a proactive force in the management and optimization of client installations,
• Have electrical qualifications:  , B1V, B2V, and BC would be a plus.

Travel required in the Marne sector.
