Position:
Career Custodian – Shell Rock, IA

• Keeps building and work areas in a clean and orderly condition performing any combination of duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.
• May maintain building by performing minor and routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
• Complies with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Maintains and completes all required records.
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proficient at most office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
• May Install Hardware.
