Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role

Hours per week:
This role will involve working 20 hours per week across varied days based on events taking place, there will be opportunity for overtime and the role may involve working days at the weekend some weeks. Start earliest time will be 8am and latest finish time will be 11pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site.

As Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.

• Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, performance and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.
• Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms and other ad‑hoc areas.
• Conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.
• Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and distributing to cleaning cupboards.
• Communicating with customers/clients as needed and providing assistance at all levels.

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
