Location: Watkins
Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day upkeep of the community. You will assist with minor repairs, manage maintenance tasks, and coordinate with managers and vendors to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.
The role requires high school diploma and 1 year related experience, with Mon-Fri shifts and every other weekend. On-site position with opportunities to contribute to facility projects and ongoing maintenance.
