In the role of Service Technician Indoor (m/w/d), you are responsible for the telephone support of our customers and plant operators as well as the technical support of our service technicians in the field. Thanks to your in-depth specialist knowledge, you are able to carry out remote diagnostics and support in solving problems.

We work mostly remotely, but in the first weeks you will work completely at our location in Allendorf to ensure optimal training. Of course, we will cover the costs of your accommodation during this time.

Tasks

• Customer Support:
  Telephone support of our customers and plant operators for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our climate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Internal Support:
  You advise technicians in the field on problem plants and support dispatchers in resolving service requests and processing exchange orders
• Sales Support:
  You recognize and stimulate needs in customers, recommend suitable services such as commissioning and support in the selection of replacement or successor solutions
• On-Call Duty:
  Participation in on-call duty also on weekends (in rotation with other teams)

Requirements

• You are enthusiastic about new technologies in heating and climate technology and are an expert in the field of heat pumps, refrigeration technology, and heating technology. With your mental flexibility, you are a team player and have a quick understanding. You also bring the following qualifications:
• You have a completed, at least 3-year specialized vocational training (e.g. as a mechatronician, electrician, heating technician, or plant mechanic SHK)
• Completed further education to technician or master SHK or equivalent is desirable
• You have in-depth knowledge of the structure and function of heating systems as well as in the areas of hydraulics, combustion, electrical, and control technology
• You are confident in using computer programs
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing are required
