Maintenance Operations Technician

Attached to the maintenance operations section, the position holder will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• Prepare and follow up on maintenance operations and maintenance work orders.
• Write technical and administrative specifications for contracts and/or maintenance work.
• Write preliminary project studies (FDE).
• Participate in the implementation of technical installations and infrastructure diagnostics.
• Establish meeting reports for updating infrastructure and domain databases.
• Participate in the follow-up of legal and contractual guarantees.
• Perform annual casement visits. Update the technical management system of the technical heritage (GTP).

We are looking for a technician with a diploma level of BAC +2 or equivalent in the fields of infrastructure, civil engineering or building maintenance. You have significant experience in the field of infrastructure. You master the programming of maintenance on a building; the conduct, planning and organization of a construction site; while respecting the rules of public works markets. You must also know the conduct, control and acceptance of works, as well as building and construction techniques.

Finally, your abilities to estimate the costs of infrastructure operations and to write technical documents (CCTP, FDE, etc.) are indispensable for the exercise of these missions.

This position offers opportunities for evolution towards functions with responsibilities, such as head of station, and in the long term, head of engineering maintenance section (SIM) or section management of heritage (SGP) within the defense infrastructure support units (USID). You will also have the opportunity to take professional exams (TSEF grades 2nd and 1st class) and internal competitions (access to category A corps).

Depending on the selected profile, specialized training in the field as well as professional training organized by the SID, the CFD and the CFMD will be offered to facilitate your start.
