Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for office or medical buildings and related areas. Quality customer service must be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

• Full Time: 5 pm–1:30 am Mon–Fri or 5:30 pm–2 am Mon–Fri (varies by location) – 30+ hours per week
• Part Time: varies by location – less than 29 hours per week

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute and use all chemicals.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

• Work performed in a variety of office or medical locations with diverse personnel.
• Requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items up to fifty pounds.
• Driving to multiple buildings each night to assist with openings and training new employees.
• Management retains the exclusive right to alter the scope of work at any time without prior notice.

• Direct deposit pay every other Friday.
• Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and 401(k) with company match available for full‑time employees working 30+ hours per week.
• Paid holidays after 90 days for full‑time employees working 30+ hours per week.
• PTO accumulation for full‑time employees working 30+ hours per week.
• Pay range: $14–15 per hour (Thornton).
