EOP Development LLC is seeking a college student to help with a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks in New Buffalo, IA. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, snow shoveling, moving furniture, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, garbage removal, and assisting the Maintenance Technician.
The position offers flexible hours (weekday and weekend) and pays $13.00 per hour on a 1099 contractor basis. 10-15 hours per week are typical, with early mornings, late afternoons, or nights as needed.
