Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 pm - 12:00 am | $30.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential OR 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 am - 8:00 am | $30.00/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential

Job Duties

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on processing equipment including conveyors, augers, dryers, mixers, and packaging machinery.
• Complete welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and general facility maintenance as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA, FDA, and company safety procedures and assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Safety Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, kneeling, and working in confined or elevated areas.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, and maintenance equipment is required.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
