Compensation: $16.00 per hour – paid weekly

Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Temporary Janitors for a facilities maintenance company in Spirit Lake, Iowa. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting day-to-day housekeeping and sanitation efforts. • Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors throughout the facility
• Vacuum carpets, clean furniture, and maintain office and common areas
• Remove and dispose of trash and litter safely and efficiently
• Stock restrooms and facility areas with necessary supplies
• Use cleaning products, equipment, and machinery safely and appropriately
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report maintenance issues as needed
• Assist with changing light bulbs and other general custodial duties

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 6 months of janitorial, custodial, or related experience preferred
• Ability to climb up and down ladders safely
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
