LSA Management seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage property assets across apartment communities.

EPA Certification (Universal preferred); valid driver license; 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years supervisory experience; strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; team leadership experience.

CAMT Certification, CPO Certification, HVAC trade certification, Yardi/Entrata/Real Page experience, renovation and capital project experience.
