Maintenance Supervisor - Osceola, IA

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within its Osceola facility. This position combines hands-on maintenance leadership with people management and operational support in a highly automated food manufacturing environment.

We are seeking candidates who can balance leadership responsibilities with strong mechanical problem-solving and a sense of urgency around production support.

Supervisors are expected to be highly visible throughout the facility and work closely with technicians to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Lead a maintenance team of approximately 15 technicians and skilled trades employees.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Support troubleshooting and rapid resolution of equipment issues.
• Drive execution of preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Improve equipment reliability and production uptime.
• Partner with operations leadership to support manufacturing goals.
• Review work orders, maintenance reports, and department performance metrics.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors when necessary.
• Support safety improvements and corrective actions stemming from incidents and observations.
• Identify potential equipment concerns before failures occur.

• Monday-Friday
• 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Weekends as needed

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise
• Previous experience overseeing maintenance personnel
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, food production, or related environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in production-driven environments
