• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with an on‑call rotation

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
• Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
• Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high‑quality workmanship

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
