Job Description Advance Services is seeking dependable and motivated Residential Cleaning Team Members to join an established cleaning company serving the Lakes Area. This position involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality residential cleaning services for local homes.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing excellent service. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning duties

Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards

Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Follow company safety and customer-service guidelines

Requirements

Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively as part of a team Professional and friendly attitude

Ability to work in a variety of residential environments

Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday

Flexibility to work varying hours based on customer scheduling

Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
