MC - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders and preventative maintenance schedule;
Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, PTAC cleaning, painting, and drywall repair;
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders;
Prepare rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs;
Follow property emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security
