About this Role - Custodian

We are looking for a Custodian who has a passion for quality. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis.

• Sweeps, mops, polishes, and strips floors in rooms and hall
• Washes interior and exterior windows
• Dusts and/or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment
• Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers
• Vacuums, spot cleans, and/or shampoos rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and shampooing equipment
• Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor
• Stocks area with appropriate supplies
• Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required
• Washes dishes or utensils as required

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and standards
• Skill in using cleaning product and equipment
• Skill in following verbal and written instructions
• High School Diploma. Education beyond High School would be preferred
• 1-3 years of custodial or cleaning experience
• Full Time:
  Work Hours 2 PM - 10 PM
• Sitting | Standing | Kneeling | Bending
• Lifting up to 30 lbs
