Coordinator, Resident Support Services

Overview

Position Summary The Coordinator, Resident Support Services is responsible for the coordination of repairs and execution of resident relocations during the initial phase of all remediation projects. This high-touch, customer-facing role orchestrates the remediation process, acting as the liaison between internal teams from the initial damage scope review through remediation start.

• Conduct introductory calls with residents, review project scope, and coordinate relocation logistics to successfully initiate remediation repair work.
• Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to the Manager and/or appropriate departments to mitigate risk and prevent delays.
• Address resident concerns and escalations, thoroughly document the issue and track its resolution while proposing immediate solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and proactively anticipate resident needs, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of remediation and rebuild structures, utilizing internal resources to ensure all policy and process information provided to residents is accurate.
• Confirm schedules, and follow up on all remediation cases, ensuring timely and compliant project starts.

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

Base Pay Range: $29.04 - $35.63. Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
