Various maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms and elevators, maintaining equipment, repairing and removing graffiti, and performing special deep‑cleaning projects.

• Perform regular maintenance of the location and respond immediately to any unexpected maintenance problems.
• Walk through the entire garage, sweep, and pick up all garbage from the floors.
• Empty trash cans on every floor.
• Clean office spaces and restrooms.
• Mop elevators and keep equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Participate in special deep‑cleaning projects.

• Self‑motivated with excellent customer‑service and courtesy skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Handyman experience is a plus.

• Thursday to Sunday: 10:00AM – 6:30PM
• Monday to Friday: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00AM – 5:30PM (weekends are a must)
