We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to support daily facility operations and maintenance activities. This position works under moderate supervision and requires strong communication, organizational, and hands-on maintenance skills. Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
• Assist with plumbing, lighting, electrical, and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Assemble, move, and repair office furniture systems
• Utilize power tools and follow safety procedures at all times
• Support building operations in accordance with Property Management guidelines
• Complete work orders and maintain organized maintenance records
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Facilities or Maintenance industry
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Lighting and electrical systems
  • Power tools
  • Office furniture systems
  • Kitchen equipment
  • General safety procedures
• Familiarity with Property Management operations and guidelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently or within a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
