We are seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to support daily facility operations within a corporate office environment. This position requires strong maintenance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide professional support while interacting with office employees.

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with plumbing, lighting, electrical, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Assemble, move, and repair office furniture systems.
• Safely operate power tools and follow all safety procedures.
• Support building operations in accordance with Property Management guidelines.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum of 2 years of Facilities or Maintenance experience.
• Experience with: plumbing, lighting and electrical systems, power tools, office furniture systems, kitchen equipment, general safety procedures.
• Familiarity with Property Management operations and guidelines.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
