Perform general building and facility maintenance, including plumbing repairs, lighting replacement, door hardware repairs, drywall patching, painting, and minor construction projects;
Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and address maintenance needs to ensure a safe and functional work environment;
Coordinate facility repairs and services with outside vendors and contractors as needed;
Support grounds and exterior property maintenance, including trash removal, basic landscaping, and upkeep of outdoor areas;
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on facility equipment and infrastructure
