Our Maintenance crew works closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the property functions well, is exceptionally maintained, and provides a great guest experience. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast‑paced and busy environment as a versatile team member. Maintenance crew members work together to keep the grounds, buildings, and infrastructure in proper working order. Skills utilized as a maintenance crew member include plumbing, electrical, woodworking, general construction, landscaping, painting, and winter maintenance.
We are looking for positive, friendly, team‑oriented individuals with prior facilities or related experience and a willingness to learn and grow. We welcome career‑oriented applicants who seek to develop further expertise.

- High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus
- Minimum one‑year prior work experience in facility maintenance or similar
- Possess a driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience successfully living/working in rural/remote environment

- Strong basic knowledge and skills in all areas including general construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, vehicle maintenance, and winter maintenance
- Exceptionally strong troubleshooting skills and general maintenance acumen
