Position: Lead FT
** Job Details:
** The Night Lead is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, organized, and professional manner during evening operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, knowledge of floor care procedures, and the ability to oversee cleaning operations while ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The Night Lead serves as a key point of contact during the shift and is expected to lead by example while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accountability.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Perform and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of building interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and common areas.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout offices, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, locker rooms, and other designated spaces.
* Remove stains from furniture, upholstery, and other surfaces as needed.
* Dust and maintain furniture, fixtures, moldings, marble surfaces, and decorative finishes.
* Empty, clean, and sanitize waste containers and ashtrays.
* Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, door handles, telephones, office equipment, and shared workstations.
* Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms to ensure they remain fully supplied and presentable.
* Clean windows, mirrors, glass partitions, and other reflective surfaces.
* Collect and transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal areas.
* Maintain exterior walkways and entrances by removing litter and addressing weather-related debris when necessary.
* Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
* Report maintenance concerns, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards promptly to management.
* Complete and maintain accurate cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and operational records.
* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
* Ensure the facility is properly secured at the end of the shift, including verifying that doors and access points are locked.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to promote consistent performance and quality results.
* Conduct routine inspections to verify that assigned tasks are completed according to company standards.  
** Required Qualifications and Skills
*** Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance services.
* Required experience as a Floor Technician.
* Thorough knowledge of the 7-Step Floor Care Process, including the ability to perform and oversee floor maintenance procedures.
* Basic to intermediate computer skills, knowledge in Excel, Microsoft, Outlook, including experience with electronic communication, reporting, and recordkeeping.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
* Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
