Preventative Room Maintenance

Marriott Hotels -  -  - Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including inspecting mattresses, bed frames, and related hardware.;
Inspect and repair room hardware and appliances; replace light fixtures; inspect grout and caulking.;
Perform minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.;
Clean and maintain guest room surfaces (tub, tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors) and report safety hazards or serious maintenance issues.;
Follow company safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and assist with moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
