Position Overview
Quantum Building Maintenance Inc is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to support the cleanliness and overall appearance of an apartment community. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property grounds
- Assist with dumpster area cleanliness and trash removal
- Light maintenance support as needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Maintain curb appeal of the property at all times
- Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Part time
- Consistent weekday hours

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
