Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift; Onsite

Position

Aircraft Engine Maintenance Technician – on‑site, Dallas, TX. Night shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). Reports to the Site Operations Leader. This role requires a U.S. Person as defined by federal regulations.

• Perform maintenance on all Pratt & Whitney commercial aircraft engines.
• Ensure quality and safety of service by meeting all Environmental Health and Safety, company and regulatory requirements.
• Support fast turnaround and response times through teamwork and the RTX CORE operating system.
• Follow Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Engine Shop Manual and other approved technical data.
• Complete supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Build internal and external relationships through effective communication.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).

• Minimum 6 months of experience repairing commercial aircraft engines.
• Holder of a valid Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant license.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.
• Self‑motivated, creative troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent judgment and professional maturity.
• Strong people and social skills; collaborative team player.
