About the RoleAs a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties in your region. This hands‑on leader thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Property Maintenance
:
Perform and supervise maintenance repairs, schedule and monitor preventative maintenance, and respond to after‑hours emergencies. - Operations
:
Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software, maintain budgets and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Team Leadership
:
Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC‑EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Three or more years of hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
- Availability to be on‑call and responsive to after‑hour emergencies.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time or more, including locally and out of the area.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Estimated Rate of Pay: $30.40 - $32.96 hourly (non‑exempt). Pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
