Parts Representative

Job Overview

As a Parts Representative, your primary focus will be to pick, pack, receive and ship all parts orders as directed, quickly and accurately.

• Creates move orders and processes good/used returns accurately daily.
• Ensures all orders ship to the correct technician/location with the correct courier and shipping method.
• Demonstrates reasoning, communication, cognitive decision-making, deadline awareness, and accurate results.
• Provides a high level of customer service.
• Prepares shipments of repairable/salvageable items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-2 years related experience.
• Warehouse/inventory experience.
• Well organized, good communication skills, ability to prioritize, and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
• Minimal travel required, including overnights; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary.

Hourly rate: $17.20 - $21.84.

Full-Time On Site – requires full-time presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
