What You’ll DoSupport inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries

Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions

Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly

Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment

Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation

High school diploma required; customer service or branch operations experience preferred
