Compensation: ($30 - $35 per hour) Commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance bonuses based on merit

We seek a Maintenance Supervisor with excellent leadership, extensive maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and high customer service and communication skills.

• Responsible for all phases of the maintenance operations of the property
• Responsible for all work performed by all maintenance team members
• Interview, train, supervise, and motivate all maintenance personnel
• Perform and ensure all maintenance requests are made timely
• Schedule vacant units for refurbishing and occupancy
• Provide a clean, safe, and well‑maintained community for our residents
• Respond to on‑call emergencies
• Supervise outside contractors
• Provide top‑notch customer service to residents

• Currently lives close to Irving, TX, with a valid driver’s license (required) and reliable transportation
• 3+ years of prior experience in a supervisory maintenance role
• HVAC and CPO certified
• Expertise with plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, pool, heating/air, basic carpentry, and painting
• Works effectively in a very fast‑paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills
• Practical communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Will occasionally work outside of regular business hours for resident events or emergencies
