Why this business

This globally respected industrial organisation is investing in cleaner technologies and innovative customer solutions across North America. As part of a small, specialist field trials team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting new business growth, working directly with customers to demonstrate technical solutions that make a measurable impact.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the mobilisation, operation and demobilisation of flue gas treatment and water treatment trial equipment at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, ensuring successful trial execution while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Maintain and improve specialist trial equipment, developing practical solutions that support future customer projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver successful field trials and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
  • Experience working with air emissions control equipment, water treatment equipment or similar industrial process systems.
  • Strong hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting skills, ideally involving pumps, compressors, valves, blowers or similar equipment.
  • Previous experience working in field-based industrial environments with direct customer interaction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work safely across industrial facilities in a physically active role.
Who this suits

You're someone who enjoys working in the field rather than behind a desk. You like solving mechanical problems, adapting to different customer environments and seeing the results of your work firsthand. Whether your experience comes from industrial maintenance, field service, power generation, water treatment, the military or heavy process industries, you're looking for a role where your practical skills are valued and where there is clear scope to build a long‑term career.
