Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Painter to manage unit turns and community-wide painting projects across multiple properties. You will take ownership of make-ready painting and ensure move-in ready standards.
Hourly base pay + commission per completed paint job, with travel between properties (~25–50%). You will work independently with strong maintenance team support and have opportunities to expand into broader maintenance or leadership roles.
