Sets up modular units including anchoring, blocking and leveling, interior and exterior seaming, and building links, decks, skirting, layout and footing work;
Performs knock-down of buildings including building shipping walls and securing exterior walls, disconnecting utility/mate-line crossovers, securing items for shipment, cleaning site, and removing installations;
Performs on-site service work for customer units (skirting, electrical work, plumbing) and customer modifications as directed by branch manager;
Completes daily paperwork (lease agreements, inspection sheets, setup advice, driver logs) and submits to management;
Maintains safe operation of trucks; completes pre-trip and DOT inspections; coordinates with service manager for maintenance; keeps tools/equipment in proper working condition
