Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for keeping our multifamily communities safe, beautiful, and fully functional. You will handle hands-on repairs, coordinate preventative maintenance, and manage service requests using Yardi.
The role requires 3+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience, HVAC/EPA Certification, and strong knowledge across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A CPO certification is preferred and a driver’s license is required.
