We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Avalon Villas in Irving, TX as it enters an exciting repositioning and turnaround phase.

The OpportunityOur community is undergoing significant transition, including capital improvements and operational enhancements. As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Support renovation and capital improvement projects
- Execute high-quality, efficient unit turns
- Complete service requests promptly and professionally
- Contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives
You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the physical integrity of the property while helping elevate the resident experience.
Key Responsibilities Renovation & Project Support- Assist with unit renovations and property upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Ensure work is completed to company quality standards
- Complete unit turns efficiently and thoroughly
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in occupied units
- Minimize vacancy time through strong execution and attention to detail
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate service records
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with local, state, and company standards
- Help maintain curb appeal and common areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
- Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment
- Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction
