Custodian (PT

This position is responsible for performing a range of custodial duties related to the care, cleaning and minor maintenance of assigned buildings and facilities. Duties include sweeping, mopping, waxing, stripping and polishing floors and carpets; maintaining inventory of supplies for assigned facility; cleaning, sanitizing and stocking restroom facilities; dusting and polishing furniture; washing windows, walls, mirrors and ceilings; breaking down boxes and emptying recycling bins;

and arranging furniture and equipment for meetings and functions.

PAY GRADE GG07 / FULL PAY RANGE $15.33 - $21.60 PER HOUR

Six months of related custodial experience, and formal or informal education and training which ensures the ability to communicate in English at a level necessary for successful job performance are required. Hours and work location may vary, and schedule may include evenings and weekends. Applicants must submit hours of availability with application.
