Avamere Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time role at our Issaquah community. You will lead the maintenance department, oversee daily operations, and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff through preventive and reactive maintenance.
You will manage staff and contractors, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, develop preventive maintenance plans for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and manage budgets and inventory.
