Responsabilità principali
Gestione delle prenotazioni via telefono, e-mail e tramite sistema Opera
Assistenza personalizzata alla clientela nel rispetto degli standard del lusso
Collaborazione con i reparti Front Office, Sales e Revenue
Requisiti
Esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Preferibile conoscenza del sistema Opera
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
Si offre
Contratto a tempo determinato da maggio a settembre 2026
