Responsabilità principali
- Gestione delle prenotazioni via telefono, e-mail e tramite sistema Opera
- Assistenza personalizzata alla clientela nel rispetto degli standard del lusso
- Collaborazione con i reparti Front Office, Sales e Revenue
Requisiti
- Esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Preferibile conoscenza del sistema Opera
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
