• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to various job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete, ensuring it meets all specifications and quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every job site, embodying SRM Concrete’s professionalism and service-oriented approach.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to guarantee safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using the company systems.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch and plant teams for optimal scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general duties in the plant or yard as necessary.

• A valid Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• A proven safe driving record and a strong focus on safety.
• A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to upholding SRM's values at all times.
• Physical capability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome!
• A willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.
