Our Housekeeping aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. They will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices, ensuring satisfaction is a top priority.

• Starting wages $16.00 - $17.95 per hour depending on experience
• Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour)

• 8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends
• Part‑time – 56 hours per pay period (≈28 hours per week)
• 12:00 – 8:00 PM shift

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
• Dust mop and damp mop resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, sitting and lobby areas, and other areas as assigned
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and soiled linen
• Mix and handle chemicals in a safe manner
• Strip and refinish floors, clean and shampoo carpets, wash walls, and clean blinds as assigned
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
