About the RolePerform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
- Polish floors and dust/polish furniture
- Wash windows, adjust shades, and replace light bulbs
- Clean desks, countertops, and sanitize restrooms, sinks, urinals, and toilets
- Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles
- Identify and report maintenance needs within the building
- Perform other related duties as assigned
No experience required. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Possession of or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license.
