- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a healthy workplace.
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning schedules.
- Adhere to Service Master’s quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
