Maintenance Facility Supervisor

Accountable for directing and overseeing a variety of facility, grounds, and specialized trade workers and contractors in the maintenance, operation, and repair of state facilities, equipment, and grounds. This position will have oversight of a small or mid-sized state facility or an area or department within a larger state facility. Employee supervision includes training, work planning, assignments, and review. Supervision at this level also requires the employee to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

This position will report to the Maintenance Grounds Manager.

What you'll need to be successful:
Successful candidates are team players, have a good attitude, are ready and willing to learn and grow, and have strong attention to detail. Skills in plumbing, electrical, construction, and landscaping are needed, as well as the ability to operate lawn care equipment, tractors, and general tools.
