Manpower - 4800 I-55 North Frontage Road - Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.;
Supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site personnel as needed.;
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.;
Maintain accurate property records and complete required administrative tasks.;
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, HUD requirements, and OSHA safety standards.
