We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Property Manager / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as solving maintenance problems and keeping a property in excellent condition.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Build positive relationships with residents while handling lease compliance, move-ins, move-outs, and resident concerns.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs and unit turnover.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site personnel as needed.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain accurate property records and complete required administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, HUD requirements (when applicable), and OSHA safety standards.

• Previous experience in apartment property management, maintenance, or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and painting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for property management systems, email, and documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
