Ecowize North America is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to drive on-the-floor cleaning execution in a USDA/FDA-regulated food production facility. This hourly, non-exempt role combines hands-on sanitation with coaching and training of teammates to maintain safety and quality.
You will lead by example, enforce OSHA, LOTO, and GMP standards, and support sanitation chemistry and SSOPs. The position requires nights, weekends, holidays, and bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
