Maintenance Technician - Thayne

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to safety standards and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prep vacant apartment homes for leasing by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department, track inventory, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork promptly to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing general upkeep;
Support cost-control by repairing components rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently
