We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Maintenance Director at Lakeland Community Care Center
. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and perform tasks required to complete duties assigned.
• Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as residents’ use areas, laundry and dietary areas.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems.
• Oversee work and lead other maintenance staff at the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience.
• Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership skills.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
• Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment.

• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
