The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.

• This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities as well as answer break down calls in a production environment.
• Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills.
• Follow manufacturers' manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures.
• Candidates must follow all safety rules, work hour regulations, and keep work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Compliance with quality and safety management requirements.

• 1+ Year experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Trade certification a plus (HVAC, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in robotics or mechatronics preferred.
• Experience with maintenance and repair of robotic and automation systems.
• Proficient in reading technical documents and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-ins.

US Salary Range: $53,000 — $69,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
